Balancing the demands of multiple sports, academic excellence, and community involvement is no small feat, but Lynn High School junior Kohl Tittle makes it look effortless. A standout volleyball, softball, cheer, and track athlete, Kohl is known for her tireless work ethic and positive attitude.
Kohl’s athletic accomplishments speak volumes. She has been named Area MVP in volleyball, was selected for the Area Tournament Team in softball twice, and earned All-County honors in cheer for two years. Her consistent success on the court, field, and sidelines reflects the same determination she brings to her academics, where she maintains an impressive 4.0 GPA.
Outside of sports, Kohl’s heart is set on a career that allows her to help others. She plans to attend The University of Alabama to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing, with dreams of becoming a nurse practitioner and ER travel nurse.

“I always knew I wanted to be a nurse,” she said. “But being in the health science program at the Winston Career Academy has really helped give me direction.”
Kohl is a member of the Key Club, Beta Club, and HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America). She’s especially excited about competing in the Health Career Display Board event at the State Leadership Conference, where she’ll showcase her growing knowledge and passion for healthcare.
When she does find a rare moment of free time, Kohl enjoys shopping, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends. A proud Alabama fan, her favorite weekends are spent cheering on the Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa.
For Kohl, being a Lynn athlete means more than just competition—it’s about community. “It’s a small town, and you’ve got all your family and friends who come and watch and support,” she said.
With her strong sense of purpose, unwavering dedication, and heart for others, Kohl exemplifies what it means to be a Lynn Bear: committed, caring, and always striving to make a difference. 67
